December Workout Routines πŸ₯‹

With the start of December, I decided I wanted to keep track of the workouts that I did daily. Right now, I don't go to the gym so most of these are just simple body weight workouts and flexibility workouts.

January, I think I'll add cardio back into my routine with Jump rope and running.

Missed: 11/31 Days 35% (I didn't count the meditation days as working out)

This means I worked out 65% of the month. Which isn't that bad considering I was also working full time at a manual labor job and you do need your recovery days. Now it is time to keep challenging myself throughout the whole new year!
