Friday Morning Training!(星期五的训练)

我练着十步拳。
It's now the weekend and Friday has passed. Friday was good as I was able to practice "10 Step Punch" and a few of the stretch kicks. That was probably the best thing about yesterday was being able to train and nothing bad happened at work. Now its the weekend and it seems that I will be busy throughout this weekend. Even though I'll be busy I want to still train some more and use the weekend to study more Kung Fu moves.

The things that I practiced were:
  • 十字踢 "Cross Kick"
  • 外摆腿 "Outside Kick"
  • 适合腿 "Inside Kick"
  • 侧踢腿 "Side Kick"
  • 十步拳 "10 Step Punch"
Another thing I did was instead of reading "Reddit" while at work I started to read "Du Chinese" so that  I can add things to my word list and continue to study Chinese even if its just a little bit every day.
